Tecnogenplast was founded in 1999 and started specializing in thermosetting moulding. In a short time, responding to market needs, we have broadened our range of services, by entering, in 2005, the first plastic injection moulding machine.
Being Tecnogenplast, thanks to its founding partners, rock-solid experiences, the company will soon want to innovate and invent quickly, expanding the range of services towards the automatic turning metal wares. In 2012 the first automatic line is installed. At the beginning, the machine, works only for the production of tecnogenplast’ s internal requirement, which is the metal insert that characterize our main product: the insulator for low/medium voltage.
Today, we have 12 injection moulding machines from 90 to 450 tons with the ability to print from 1 to 3800 grams, 3 thermosetting moulding machines with a maximum pressure of 200 tons, 8 automatic turning metal wares dedicate both to internal needs and to the supply of processed materials, a laboratory for mechanical, electrical and structural testing on our products, a department with 8 lines specialized in the assembly of both our details and third-party, a warehouse that allows an optimal logistic management, thanks to our remote control systems we take care of our customers, and a technical office dedicated to the design and the construction of moulds that supports to the processes that characterize our articulated products.
CEO & Founders
Project and business development manager
I began to gain my first experiences as a printer of plastic materials in the motorcycle sector where I refined the ability to take care of the aesthetics of the printed materials but also the technical and mechanical qualities that distinguish the needs of this area.
This has led me to follow a specific training on moulding compounds dedicated to the sector and on laboratory machines to personally test the insulators both electrically and mechanically.
Strengthened by my nature and driven by an exponential growth of internal needs, I have directed my efforts towards a considerable expansion of the range of products offered to our customers, dedicating myself personally to the start-up of the production department of small metal parts.
The direct and practical relationship established over the years with our customers has allowed me to improve my advisory skills in the research and development of products, from design to actual production.
Production manager and staff-training manager
The plastic moulding activity is the first area that allows me to train my skills, highlighting the propensity to seek continuous improvement of both production flows and products.
Subsequently, I also dedicate myself to the start-up and coordination of the thermosetting moulding department (bmc-sms) both in the electrical and mechanical area and I personally follow the insertion and management of the quality system.
In our conscious and fast growth we have learned to dedicate ourselves to our ideas as much as we devote ourselves to training and sharing of our vision of work with our team.
There is no product tomorrow if we did not cultivate ideas today and there are no ideas except for and with people.
We strongly believe that our working reality depends, grows and evolves thanks to our working team.
We work every day to pass on our mark to all our department managers and our team with practical and fast communication tools, planning meetings and comparing ourselves daily, transmitting and establishing a relationship of trust, that allows to gain a great experience which characterized and contributes to the constant growth of Tecnogenplast and its team.
